Tone Up! Elite

Our mission is to empower young athletes through high-level training, fostering a culture of health and fitness while developing essential life skills. We are dedicated to preparing our athletes for collegiate-level competition, instilling discipline, resilience, and teamwork. By nurturing both athletic and personal growth, we strive to create a supportive environment that inspires excellence on and off the track.

  • Teach the fundamentals of track and field;

  • Promote a healthy life style;

  • Build self confidence; and

  • Support our athletes on and off the track.

Our coaches have a great passion for the sport of track and field and want to teach the sport to any student athlete who is serious about the sport. Our goal is to give our athletes the experiences and resources needed to maximize their performance and be a well rounded athlete.

The new to track athlete and the elite athlete are welcome at TONE UP! Elite. Our training will allow all levels to develop and excel.  We believe that ATTITUDE defines success, so the more dedicated the athlete and family are, the more successful the athlete will be. Coach Tony has trained numerous state qualifiers, state champions, national qualifiers, national champions and All Americans. He has created a program that is dedicated to the success of each athlete, and has a team of volunteer coaches who have the same passion and dedication.
